摘要
中国出口跨境电商异军突起,呈现出平台组织引领带动、中小企业纷纷触网、行业生态日趋成熟和消费习惯逐渐养成等特征。出口跨境电商实质上行使了商品资本的职能,起到增加贸易机会、节省流通时间、降低流通费用、减少商品资本、减少生产风险和促进社会分工等重要作用。出口跨境电商产业链内部竞争,更多地表现为争夺其中的主导地位和高附加值环节的竞争。加快中国出口跨境电商发展关键在于为争夺出口跨境电商产业链的主导地位和高附加值环节提供最合适的资源和配套条件。
Export cross-border e-commerce of China springs up and presents some characteristics of being led and driven by platforms and organizations,increasing of the quantity of small and medium-sized enterprises tapped export cross-border e-commerce,maturing of the industry ecology and cultivating the consumption habits.Export cross-border e-commerce exercises the function of commodity capital essentially,playing an important role in increasing trade opportunities,saving time and costs of circulation,reducing commodity capital and production risk and promoting social division of labor.The internal industry chain competitions of export cross-border e-commerce mostly emerged in the battles for dominance and high-value-added sectors.The key to accelerate development of export cross-border e-commerce of China is to provide the most appropriate resources and conditions in the battles for dominance and high-value-added sectors in industry chains.
