摘要 学生评教指标的适切度直接影响教学评价的信度和效度,基于学生中心理念和第四代教育评价理论,以问卷调查法和专家会议法为主要研究方法,以国内外有代表性的10所高校的学生评教指标为基础,筛除了与教学质量弱相关的评价指标,融入了新时代高等教育的立德树人理念,在指标体系的设定及其语言表述上注重学生友好,从“教”和“学”两个维度构建了包含10个核心指标的学生评教指标体系,适合本科理论课程的教师教学质量评价。 The relevancy of student’s evaluation index on teaching quality directly affects its reliability and validity.Based on the concept of the student-centeredness and the theory of fourth-generation education evaluation,adopting the methods of questionnaire and expert assessment,the study sifted out the evaluation indexes of weak correlation and integrated the idea of fostering virtue through education,on the basis of the evaluation indexes from 10 typical higher education institutes at home and abroad.Furthermore,student friendliness was emphasized in the index system construction and language expression.A student evaluation index system containing 10 core indexes was finally constructed from the dimensions of“teaching”and“learning”and it was suitable for teaching quality evaluation of undergraduate theoretical courses.
