中医药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的研究进展

Research Progress of TCM in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

通过综述近年来中医药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的相关研究成果,发现中医治疗本病有明显的临床效果,可分为内外两种途径。临床上常给予中医药汤剂、中药复方和中成药,同时可以辅以针灸、艾灸、穴位贴敷及耳穴压豆等中医外治疗法治疗不稳定型心绞痛,且中医药汤剂治疗具有多靶点,多途径的优势且疗效确切,安全性较好。并且在临床用药方面采用中西医结合的方式,能增强临床效果且降低治疗期间产生的不良反应。

By summarizing the research progress of TCM in treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) in recent years, it is found that TCM has obvious effects and its own characteristics in treating UAP, which can be divided into internal therapies and external therapies. Internal therapies include TCM decoctions, TCM compound formulas and TCM patent medicine, and external therapies include acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint application, and auricular pressure. It can be found that TCM decoction has advantages of multitargets, multi-ways, definite curative effect and good safety. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can enhance the clinical effect and reduce the adverse reactions during the treatment.
