中药热奄包配合穴位按摩在混合痔患者术后护理中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with acupoint massage in postoperative nursing of patients with mixed hemorrhoids

目的分析中药热奄包配合穴位按摩对混合痔患者术后康复效果的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年10月至2022年6月龙岩市中医院收治的227例混合痔患者的临床资料,按护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组。114例对照组患者实施常规护理干预,113例观察组患者在常规护理干预的基础上实施中药热奄包配合穴位按摩。比较2组患者的并发症发生率、临床指标、疼痛情况和腹胀程度。结果观察组的并发症总发生率为5.31%,低于对照组的14.04%,排尿顺畅度高于对照组,首次排尿时间和进食时间均早于对照组,排便时间和住院时间均短于对照组,排便次数少于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在术后6 h、术后24 h、术后3 d和出院时的视觉模拟评分法评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在术后1 d、3 d和5 d的腹胀评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论中药热奄包配合穴位按摩可降低混合痔患者的术后并发症发生率,缓解其腹胀和疼痛程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with acupoint massage on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The clinical data of 227 patients with mixed hemorrhoids at Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to June 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control and observation groups according to different nursing methods.The 114 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the 113 patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with acupoint massage in addition to the routine nursing intervention.The incidence of complications,clinical indicators,pain,and abdominal distension were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.31%,which was lower than 14.04%in the control group.The smoothness of urination in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The time of first urination and eating,duration of defecation,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group.The frequency of defecation was less than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6 hrs,24 hrs,3 days after operation and at discharge(all P<0.05).The abdominal distension scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,3,and 5 days after operation(all P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with acupoint massage can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with mixed hemorrhoids and relieve their abdominal distension and pain.
