针刺联合补气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

Effect of acupuncture combined with Buqi huoxue tongluo decoction on the treatment of ischemic stroke

目的 观察针刺联合补气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法 将收治的缺血性脑卒中患者分为观察组和对照组各30例,均给予西药治疗,观察组同时再给予针刺联合补气活血通络汤治疗,比较2组NIHSS评分、ADL评分、中医症候积分、血脂水平变化及临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组NIHSS评分、中医症候积分均降低(P<0.05),ADL评分均升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分、中医症候积分、ADL评分均改善更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05);观察组的高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)较对照组提高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刺联合补气活血通络汤对治疗缺血性脑卒中有较好的临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Buqi huoxue tongluo decoction on the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods The patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated with western medicine. The observation group was also treated with acupuncture combined with Buqi huoxue tongluo decoction. The NIHSS score, ADL score, TCM symptom score, blood lipid level and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). NIHSS score and TCM symptom score in both groups decreased(P<0.05),while ADL score increased(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the NIHSS score, TCM symptom score and ADL score of the observation group improved better after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, triglyceride(TG) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C) in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05). High density lipoprotein(HDL-C) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Buqi huoxue tongluo decoction has a good clinical effect on ischemic stroke.
