江苏省2019-2021年实施2剂次免疫策略后儿童麻腮风联合减毒活疫苗预防接种不良反应发生率

Adverse reactions following vaccination with measles, mumps and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine among children after implementing a two-dose schedule in Jiangsu province during 2019-2021

目的 分析江苏省实施2剂次免疫策略后儿童麻腮风联合减毒活疫苗(Measles, mumps and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine, MMR)预防接种不良反应发生率。方法 通过江苏省预防接种综合服务管理信息系统和中国免疫规划信息管理系统收集2019-2021年适龄儿童MMR接种剂次数和不良反应,描述性分析不良反应报告发生率。结果 2019-2021年江苏省适龄儿童MMR预防接种不良反应总报告发生率为148.88/10万剂(5 086例),其中一般反应、异常反应分别为116.53/10万剂(3 981例)、32.35/10万剂(1 105例),第1剂、第2剂MMR分别为171.32/10万剂(4 531例)、71.94/10万剂(555例),8-17月龄、18-24月龄儿童分别为285.58/10万剂(3 547例)、70.78/10万剂(1 539例)。所有不良反应痊愈或好转。结论 实施2剂次免疫策略后儿童MMR不良反应发生率在预期范围内,以轻微的反应为主;仍需加强MMR不良反应监测。

Objective To analyze the incidence of adverse reactions following vaccination with measles, mumps and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine(MMR) among children after implementing a two-dose MMR schedule in Jiangsu province.Methods We obtained MMR doses administered data and adverse reaction data in age-eligible children during 2019-2021 from the Jiangsu Vaccination Integrated Service Management Information System and the China Immunization Program Information System, and conducted a descriptive analysis of reported adverse reaction rates.Results The overall incidence of reported adverse reactions following MMR administration was 148.88 per 100 000 doses(5 086 cases) in Jiangsu from 2019 to 2021. Incidences per 100 000 doses for common and rare adverse reactions were 116.53(3 981 cases) and 32.35(1 105 cases);for one dose and two doses, incidences were 171.32(4 531 cases) and 71.94(555 cases);and for children 8-17 and 18-24 months of age, incidences were 285.58(3 547 cases) and 70.78(1 539 cases). All children experiencing adverse reactions recovered or improved.Conclusions The incidence of MMR adverse reactions among children after implementing a two-dose schedule was within the expected range, and most reactions were mild. We still need to strengthen surveillance for MMR adverse reactions.
