Achievements and Experience of Self-Reform since the 18th CPC National Congress

自我革命是我们党为跳出历史周期率给出的第二个答案。十八大以来,中国共产党把自我革命作为全面深化改革的精神动力,全面从严治党的实质和核心,以伟大自我革命引领伟大社会革命:出台八项规定、开展主题教育、进行反腐斗争、构建监督体系,党的面貌焕然一新;“两个确立”深入人心、思想建设成效显著、党的组织充满活力、党内风气焕然一新、党纪国法更加严明、制度体系更加完善。新时代十年来,党的自我革命积累了宝贵经验,对我们在奋进第二个百年新征程上全面推进党的自我革命具有深远启迪。

Since the 18^(th) CPC National Congress in 2012, the Communist Party of China has taken self-reform as the spiritual impetus for comprehensively deepening reform, and as the essence and core of full and rigorous Party selfgovernance, and has led the great social reform with the great self-reform, which has become a second answer to the question of how to escape the historical cycle of rise and fall. The introduction of the eight regulations, the development of thematic education, the anti-corruption campaign, and the establishment of the supervisory system have brought a new look to the Party. The “Two Establishments” have been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, resulting in remarkable achievements in the ideological construction, the vitality of Party organizations, the new look of the Party ethos, stricter Party discipline and the state laws, and a more complete institutional system. In the first decade of the new era, the selfreform of the Party has accumulated valuable experience, which has profound enlightenment for us to comprehensively promote the Party’s self-reform in the new journal toward the Second Centenary Goal.
