摘要
本文以大豆油基多元醇(MESO)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,加入亲水单体二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)小分子扩链剂1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、中和剂三乙胺(TEA)和封端剂丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA),合成了大豆油基水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体,然后加入去离子水乳化,即得到可UV-LED固化的大豆油基水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA)乳液。探讨了封端剂HEA添加量对WPUA乳液和固化膜性能的影响,实验结果表明,当HEA添加量为20%时,乳液平均粒径增大至151.4nm,粘度降低至114.4mPa·s,薄膜的表面接触角增大至88.7°,膜断裂横截面扫描电镜分析出现“河流状裂纹”,WPUA固化膜属于脆性高分子材料。
In this article, the soybean oil-based waterborne polyurethane acrylate prepolymer was synthesized with soybean oil-based polyols(MESO) and toluene diisocyanate(TDI) as raw materials,2,2-dihydroxymethyl propionic acid(DMPA) as hydrophilic monomer, 1,4-butanediol(BDO) as chain extender, hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) as capping agent, and triethylamine(TEA) as neutralizer. Whereafter emulsifying with water, UV-LED curable soybean oil-based waterborne polyurethane acrylate(WPUA)emulsion was obtained.The effects of HEA content on the properties of WPUA emulsion and cured film were discussed. The results showed that when the HEA content was 20 %, the average particle size of the emulsion increased to 151.4 nm, the viscosity decreased to 114.4 mPa·s, and the surface water contact angle of the membrane increased to 88.7°. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) analysis of film fracture section showed "river crack", and WPUA curing film was brittle polymer material.
