丹参川芎嗪辅助替格瑞洛、瑞舒伐他汀及酒石酸美托洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者心电图及心肌损伤标志物水平的影响

Effects of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine assisted by ticagrelor,rosuvastatin and metoprolol tartarate on electrocardiogram and myocardial injury markers in patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的研究丹参川芎嗪辅助替格瑞洛、瑞舒伐他汀及酒石酸美托洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的效果。方法选取2019年8月-2020年8月我院UAP患者106例,按照治疗方法分为2组,其中53例采用替格瑞洛、瑞舒伐他汀及酒石酸美托洛尔治疗为西药组,53例在西药组基础上采用丹参川芎嗪治疗为联合组。比较两组心电图疗效、心绞痛发作情况(发作次数、持续时间)、心肌损伤标志物水平[肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白(cTnT)、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)]、斑块稳定性指标[组织蛋白酶K(CatK)、凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(Lox-1)]。结果联合组心电图总有效率90.57%高于西药组75.47%(P<0.05);治疗2周后联合组心绞痛发作次数少于西药组,持续时间短于西药组(P<0.05);治疗2周后联合组血清CK-MB、cTnT、NT-proBNP水平低于西药组(P<0.05);治疗2周后联合组CatK、Lox-1水平低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪辅助替格瑞洛、瑞舒伐他汀及酒石酸美托洛尔治疗UAP心电图疗效显著,能改善心绞痛发作情况,减轻心肌损伤,提升斑块稳定性。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ligustrazine in salvia miltiorrhiza combined with ticagrelor,rosuvastatin and metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods A total of 106 UAP patients in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method.53 cases were treated with ticagrelor,rosuvastatin and metoprolol tartrate as western medicine group,and 53 cases were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine as combination group on the basis of western medicine group.Compare two groups of ecg curative effect,angina(seizure frequency,duration),myocardial injury markers level[creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),troponin(cTnT),N terminal b-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)],plaque stability index[cathepsin K(CatK),lectin sample oxidized LDL eggs White receptor-1(LOX-1)].Results The total effective rate of combined group was 90.57%,which was higher than that of western medicine group(75.47%)(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the number of angina attacks in the combined group was less than that in the western medicine group,and the duration was shorter than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of CK-MB,cTnT and NT-probNP in combination group were lower than those in western medicine group(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of CatK and LOX-1 in combined group were lower than those in western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined with ticagrelor,rosuvastatin and metoprolol tartarate has a significant effect in the treatment of UAP electrocardiogram,which can improve the attack of angina pectoris,reduce myocardial injury and improve plaque stability.
