血清胆红素、维生素B12、血尿酸及血清白蛋白与老年痴呆症的相关性研究

Correlation between Serum Bilirubin,Vitamin B12,Serum Uric Acid,Serum Albumin and Alzheimer′s Disease

目的探讨血清胆红素(SB)、维生素B12、血尿酸(SUA)和血清白蛋白(ALB)与老年痴呆症的相关性。方法经医院伦理学委员会批准和神经内科同意随机选择医院2018年1月-2020年3月诊治的老年痴呆症患者85例,将其纳入观察组。再从体检健康的受试者中随机抽取85例,将其纳入对照组。认知功能障碍评定,检测SB、维生素B12、SUA和ALB水平。比较两组患者MMSE评分、SB、维生素B12、SUA和ALB水平,分析SB、维生素B12、SUA和ALB与MMSE相关性。结果观察组患者MMSE评分为(15.73±2.19),健康组受试者评分为(28.51±2.16)。观察组患者MMSE评分低于对照组(t=39.847,P<0.05)。观察组患者SB、维生素B12、SUA和ALB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。SB和SUA与MMSE评分无关(P>0.09),维生素B12和ALB与MMSE评分呈正相关(P<0.09)。结论维生素B12和血清白蛋白水平低会增加老年痴呆症发生风险,建议临床重视。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum bilirubin(SB),vitamin B12,serum uric acid(SUA),serum albumin(ALB)and Alzheimer′s disease.Methods With the approval of hospital ethics committee and consent of neurology department,85 patients with Alzheimer′s disease(observation group)and 85 healthy individuals(control group)in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were randomly enrolled.The mini-mental state examination(MMSE),SB,vitamin B12,SUA and ALB levels were detected,and compared between groups.Then the correlation between SB,vitamin B12,SUA,ALB and MMSE was analyzed.Results MMSE score was(15.73±2.19)in observation group,which was lower than(28.51±2.16)in control group,with statistic difference(t=39.847,P<0.05).The levels of SB,vitamin B12,SUA and ALB in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).SB and SUA were not related to MMSE score(P>0.09),while vitamin B12 and ALB were positively correlated with MMSE score(P<0.09).Conclusion Low levels of vitamin B12 and serum albumin will increase the risk of Alzheimer′s disease,so clinical attention is of vital importance.
