益脑安神方联合左乙拉西坦治疗蛛网膜下腔出血继发癫痫的疗效观察及对脑电活动的影响

Effect of Yinao Anshen Decoction Combined with levetiracetam on epilepsy secondary to subarachnoid hemorrhage and its influence on EEG activity

目的研究益脑安神方联合左乙拉西坦治疗蛛网膜下腔出血继发癫痫的疗效观察及对脑电活动的影响;方法选取我院神经内科2018年5月-2020年5月收治的蛛网膜下腔出血继发癫痫的患者86例,随机分配为两组,研究组与对照组各43例,对照组在常规处理上加以左乙拉西坦片口服,研究组在对照组的基础上加以益脑安神方治疗,连续治疗4周,观察两组患者治疗后临床效果、脑电图各频段功率及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率93.02%,对照组67.44%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组患者治疗后α波高于治疗前,β波、θ波、δ波低于治疗前,研究组α波高于对照组,β波、θ波、δ波低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总不良反应3例(6.98%),对照组8例(18.60%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益脑安神方联合左乙拉西坦治疗蛛网膜下腔出血继发癫痫可有效控制癫痫发作,恢复正常脑电活动,疗效显著。

Objective To study the curative effect of Yinao Anshen Decoction Combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy secondary to subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)and its influence on EEG activity;Methods 86 patients with epilepsy secondary to subarachnoid hemorrhage in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from May 2018 to may 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in the study group and 43 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with levetiracetam tablets orally on the basis of conventional treatment,while the study group was treated with Yinao Anshen Decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks,The clinical effect,EEG power and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 93.02%in the study group and 67.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)αThe wave was higher than that before treatment,βWavesθWavesδThe wave was lower than that before treatment in the study groupαThe wave was higher than that of the control group,βWavesθWavesδThe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 3 cases(6.98%)in the study group and 8 cases(18.60%)in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinao Anshen Decoction Combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy secondary to subarachnoid hemorrhage can effectively control epileptic seizures and restore normal EEG activity.
