摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合干扰素雾化对难治性肺炎支原体肺功能、体液免疫及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年6月我院收治的85例难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患者,将2019年1月-9月入院患者作为对照组,共42例,2019年10月-2020年6月入院患者作为研究组,共43例。两组常规治疗后,对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入,研究组在布地奈德基础上联合干扰素进行雾化。两组治疗结束后比较肺功能、体液免疫指标及EOS、LDH水平。结果治疗后研究组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组IgA、IgM、IgG水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组EOS、LDH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合干扰素雾化可有效改善难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患者肺功能,提高其体液免疫能力,降低机体炎症水平,有助于病情恢复,推荐使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of budesonide combined with interferon atomization inhalation on pulmonary function,humoral immunity,eosinophil(EOS)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods 85 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to the admission time.Both groups received routine treatment,based on this,control group(n=42)received budesonide atomization inhalation,while study group(n=43)received budesonide combined with interferon atomization inhalation.Then various indexes were compared between groups after treatment,including pulmonary function indexes,humoral immune indexes,EOS and LDH levels.Results After treatment,levels of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of EOS and LDH in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with interferon atomization inhalation can effectively improve the pulmonary function and humoral immune capacity,reduce the level of body inflammation,and promote the recovery of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,so it is recommended.
