壮医“三道两路”理论认为,类风湿关节炎继发干燥综合征主因邪毒和内虚(气阴两虚)导致三道两路阻滞不通而发病。壮医以“调气、解毒、补虚”为治病原则,壮医治疗本病临床上常加以益气健脾之法。文章从壮医三道两路理论出发浅论类风湿关节炎继发干燥综合征的病因病机、治法。

The theory of“Three channels and two roads”in Zhuang medicine holds that the main cause of rheumatoid arthritis secondary sjogren's syndrome is the obstruction of Three channels and two roads caused by evil poison and internal deficiency(qi and Yin deficiency).According to the principle of“regulating qi,detoxifying and tonifying deficiency”,Zhuang doctors often use invigorating qi and strengthening spleen in clinical treatment of this disease.This article discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis secondary sjogren's syndrome based on the theory of zhuang medicine.
