针刺治疗中风后复视的临床研究概况

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Post-Stroke Diplopia

目前,中风后复视尚无明确治疗方案。文章通过检索近20年相关文献,总结归纳出临床上针刺治疗中风后复视主要有局部辨证取穴、循经取穴、体针辨证取穴、醒脑开窍针刺法、皮肤针、头针、眼针,以及针刺与其他疗法联合治疗。针刺治疗中风后复视已取得一些成绩,但其诊疗方案的制定、作用机制的探索等还较为缺乏。还要继续探索作用机制、规范诊断标准、统一疗效评价指标、进行更加严谨合理的临床实验、深入系统地研究,促进针刺治疗中风后复视的临床应用。

At present, there is no clear treatment plan for diplopia after stroke. By searching the relevant literature in recent 20 years, it is summarized that the clinical acupuncture treatment of diplopia after stroke mainly includes local syndrome differentiation, meridians, body acupuncture, xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture, skin acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, eye acupuncture, and the combination of acupuncture and other therapies. Although acupuncture has made some progress in the treatment of diplopia after stroke, the formulation of its diagnosis and treatment plan and the research on its mechanism are still lacking. In the future, we should standardize the diagnostic criteria and efficacy evaluation indicators, explore the mechanism of action, conduct more rigorous and reasonable clinical experiments and in-depth and systematic research, so as to promote the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of diplopia after stroke.
