中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣43例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 43 Cases of Condyloma Acuminatum Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣43例的临床疗效。方法:将尖锐湿疣患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组予以重组人干扰素α-2b治疗;观察组予以龙胆泻肝汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b联合治疗。统计两组治疗前后各项临床症状(疣体大小、直径)评分及外周血细胞因子(IL-4/6/8)以及T淋巴细胞(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况和复发情况。结果:两组治疗前基本情况没有差异;对照组有效率为65.1%(28/43),治疗后观察组皮损改善明显,有效率达86.0%(37/43),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组在免疫学指标(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、炎症因子水平(IL-4/6/8)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者复发率均较低水平,对照组与观察组不良反应差距无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组复发率明显高于观察组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效显著,不良反应少且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 43 cases of condyloma acuminatum treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods Patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b,while the observation group was treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b.The scores of various clinical symptoms(wart size,diameter),peripheral blood cytokines(IL-4/6/8)and T lymphocytes(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before and after treatment in the two groups were counted,and the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Efficacy and adverse reactions and recurrence.Results There was no difference in the basic conditions between the two groups before treatment;the effective rate in the control group was 65.1%(28/43),and the skin lesions in the observation group improved significantly after treatment,with an effective rate of 86.0%(37/43),with statistical differences between the two groups Compared with the control group,the immunological indexes(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and inflammatory factor levels(IL-4/6/8)in the observation group were significantly different(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the two groups was low,and there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05);the recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,with few adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
