黄芪为补虚药,为临床各科治疗疾病常用药,其首载于《神农本草经》,为上品,既可单用也可入方,可内服也可外用,为内外三焦通用之药,功效多而广,《药典》载其能补气升阳、固表止汗、利水消肿、生津止血、行滞通痹、托毒排脓、敛疮生肌,除此之外,其还具有祛邪退热、补血、止咳喘、益脾胃、防癌、抗心衰之效。通过收集整理历代本草文献及古医方书,结合古今名医用药经验、临床报道、现代药理研究等资料,以期进一步研究黄芪相关功效理论,挖掘黄芪的更多功用,扩大其临床应用范围,更好地指导临床医师用药及为研发新药提供相关理论依据。

Astragalus membranaceus,a tonic medicine,is commonly used for treating diseases in various clinical departments.Astragalus membranaceus,which is the first recorded in Shennong.s Herbal Classic of Materia Medica is listed as top grade.It can be used alone,in prescription,orally or externally.It is a medicine with internal and external triple energizer,and has many effects.The Pharmacopoeia shows that it can invigorate qi and raise yang,consolidate exterior and stop sweating,promote urination and reduce swelling,promote fluid production and stop bleeding,promote stagnation and relieve arthralgia,support poison and expel pus,and heal sores.In order to further study the related efficacy theory of Astragalus membranaceus,explore more functions of Astragalus membranaceus,expand its clinical application scope,and better guide clinicians to use drugs and provide relevant theoretical basis for developing new drugs,herbal literature and ancient medical prescriptions are collected and collated.
