《中药成方制剂》中含黄连中成药组方规律分析

Analysis on the Composition Law of Coptis Chinensis Chinese Patent Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Preparation

目的:分析《中药成方制剂》中含黄连方剂的组方规律,为黄连的临床应用提供参考,为新药研发提供新的思路。方法:基于中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS,V3.0)对含有黄连的中药成方制剂处方进行分析,统计疾病、药物频次、关联规则与核心药组。结果:本研究共获得含黄连中成药处方238首,544味中药;主治疾病共121种,其中使用频率较高(频率≥18)的有急惊风、口疮、喉痹以及痢疾、积滞、腹泻等;所采集处方中黄连多与清热、泻火解毒类药物配伍,前5位味药物分别是甘草、黄芩、大黄、栀子、黄柏;分别对“黄连-甘草-黄芩”“黄连-冰片-牛黄”“黄连-茯苓”3个高频药物组合进行分析,含黄连中药成方制剂的主要治则治法包括泻火解毒、清热凉血、清热燥湿三种;另以含黄连中药成方制剂治疗口疮、急惊风、痢疾高频核心组合分析作为补充与验证。结论:黄连以“清热燥湿、泻火解毒、凉血止血”为基本用法,主治诸火热证候初病气实热盛之际,展示了黄连在不同药物组合下治疗不同疾病的用药特点,为黄连的临床组方用药和基础研究提供借鉴与思路。

Objective This paper analyzes the formulation law of Coptis Chinensis prescriptions intraditional Chinese medicine Chengfang preparations,so as to provide reference for the clinical applications of Coptis Chinensis and new ideas for the research and development of new drugs.Methods Based on the TCM inheritance assistance platform(TCMISS,V3.0),238 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine containing Coptis Chinensis were analyzed,and the diseases,drug frequency,association rules and core drug groups were counted.Results In this study,238 prescriptions and 544 traditional Chinese medicines containing Coptis chinensis were obtained;121 kinds of diseases were mainly treated,of which those with high frequency(frequency≥18)were acute convulsion,mouth sore,throat obstruction and dysentery,stagnation,diarrhea,etc;In the collected prescriptions,Coptis chinensis is mostly compatible with heat clearing,fire purging and removing toxin drugs.The top five flavor drugs are licorice,Scutellaria baicalensis,rhubarb,gardenia and Phellodendron;Three high-frequency drug combinations of“Coptis-licorice-Scutellaria”,“Coptis-Borneol-bezoar”and“Coptis-Poria cocos”were analyzed respectively.The main therapeutic principles and methods of Huanglian traditional Chinese medicine include purging fire and detoxifying,clearing heat and cooling blood,clearing heat and drying dampness;In addition,the high-frequency core combination analysis of traditional Chinese medicine containing Coptis in the treatment of aphthous ulcer,acute convulsion and dysentery was used as supplement and verification.Conclusion Rhizoma Coptidis takes“clearing away heat and dampness,purging fire and detoxifying,cooling blood and hemostasis”as the basic usage.It mainly treats the initial disease of various fire and heat syndromes,and shows the medication characteristics of Rhizoma Coptidis in the treatment of different diseases under different drug combinations,so as to provide reference and ideas for the clinical formulation,medication and basic research of Rhizoma Coptidis.
