摘要
目的探讨渐进性有氧-抗阻训练在预防脑卒中后肌少症发生中的应用及对肌力水平、运动耐力的影响。方法选择2020年5月至2021年12月我院收治的脑卒中患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组以日常康复治疗和常规护理为主,观察组采用循序式的有氧-阻力锻炼,治疗3个月后比较两组患者肌少症发生率、肌力、运动耐力及生存品质的差异。结果观察组肌少症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者肱二头肌厚度、骨骼肌胫前屈肌厚度均减少,握力均增加,且观察组指标优于对照组(P<0.05);两组最大摄氧量(VO_(2)max)、最大功率、体力耗竭时间等指标均明显增高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组生理、心理、社会关系领域和整体卫生状况方面得分均提高,且观察组得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论渐进性有氧-抗阻训练在预防脑卒中后肌少症发生中的应用效果好,能够改善患者的肌力水平和运动耐力。
Objective To investigate the application of progressive aerobic-resistance training in the prevention of post-stroke sarcopenia,and its influence on muscle strength and exercise tolerance.Methods A total of 120 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,60 in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation and nursing,and the observation group received progressive aerobic-resistance training.The incidence of sarcopenia,muscle strength,exercise tolerance and quality of life of the patients were compared between groups after 3 months of intervention.Results The incidence of sarcopenia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the thickness of biceps brachii and anterior tibial flexor were decreased,and grip strength was increased.These indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).VO_(2)max,maximum power and exhaustion time of the two groups were increased,and these indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores for physical domain,psychological domain,social relations and general health in the two groups were increased,and the observation group had higher scores than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Progressive aerobic-resistance training is effective in the prevention of post-stroke sarcopenia,and can improve the patients′muscle strength and exercise tolerance.
