流程管理理念指导的院前急救干预对急诊心肌梗死患者急救效率及生命体征的影响

The effects of pre-hospital emergency intervention guided by process management concept on emergency efficiency and vital signs of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的 观察流程管理理念指导的院前急救干预对急诊心肌梗死(AMI)患者急救效率及生命体征的影响。方法 选择2021年5月至2022年4月我院收治的AMI患者,依据院前急救干预方式分为对照组215例与研究组398例,对照组患者院前未干预,研究组给予流程管理理念指导的院前急救干预。比较两组患者的急救效率、生命体征、心血管不良事件发生率、急救效果。结果 研究组患者至心电图时间、实施介入时间较对照组短(P<0.05);呼吸频率、心率、收缩压、舒张压较对照组低(P<0.05);室性心律失常发生率、心源性休克发生率、左心功能衰竭发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05);急救成功率较对照组高,入院前死亡率较对照组低(P<0.05),住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论 对AMI患者展开流程管理理念指导的院前急救干预效果显著。

Objective To observe the effects of pre-hospital emergency intervention guided by process management concept on emergency efficiency and vital signs of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods From May 2021 to April 2022, patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into a control group(n=215) and a study group(n=398) according to the pre-hospital emergency intervention method. The control group was not intervened before the hospital, and the study group was given pre-hospital emergency intervention guided by the concept of process management.The first aid efficiency, vital signs, incidence of cardiovascular adverse events, and the first aid effects were compared between the two groups.Results The time to ECGand the time to intervention in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The respiratory rate, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, and left heart failure in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first aid success rate was higher, the mortality rate before admissionwas lower and the length of hospital stay was shorter in the study group than thosein the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of pre-hospital first aid intervention guided by the concept of process management for AMI patients is significant.
