来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及对患者血清炎性因子、CA125及VEGF的影响

Efficacy of letrozole combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of endometriosis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors,CA125 and VEGF

目的探究来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及对患者血清炎性因子、糖类抗原125(CA125)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法选取56例子宫内膜异位症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组28例。对照组采用来曲唑治疗,试验组采用来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗,两组均接受为期6个月的治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、CA125及VEGF水平。结果试验组临床总有效率(92.86%)显著高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、CA125及VEGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组TNFα、IL-6、CA125及VEGF水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者给予来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗的临床效果显著,能够减轻患者炎性反应,调节CA125、VEGF水平,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of letrozole combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of endometriosis and the effects on serum inflammatory factors, carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods 56 cases of endometriosis patients were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with letrozole, and the experimental group was treated with letrozole combined with dydrogesterone. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The clinical efficacy, serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), CA125 and VEGF before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of experimental group(92.86%) was significantly higher than that of control group(71.43%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6, CA125 and VEGF between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, CA125 and VEGF in experimental group were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of letrozole combined with dydrogesterone in patients with endometriosis has significant clinical effect, which can reduce the inflammatory response of patients and regulate the levels of CA125 and VEGF, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
