米非司酮配伍米索前列醇抗早孕药物流产的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in anti-early pregnancy drug abortion

目的探讨在抗早孕药物流产中应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇的临床效果。方法选取78例终止妊娠患者,采取随机信封法分为对照组与研究组,各39例。对照组应用米非司酮治疗,研究组应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗。比较两组流产效果、治疗指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的流产成功率为94.87%,高于对照组患者的76.92%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。研究组的胚胎排出时间、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量等指标均优于对照组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。研究组用药后不良反应发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的28.21%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇对终止妊娠患者实施流产,既能够缩短胚胎排出体外时间,显著提升流产成功率,同时还能减少阴道出血量及缩短出血时间,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in anti-early pregnancy medical abortion.Methods 78 patients with termination of pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and study group by random envelope method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the study group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol.The abortion effect,therapeutic indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of abortion in the study group was 94.87%,higher than that in the control group(76.92%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The indexes of embryo expulsion time,vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding volume in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.69%in the study group,which was lower than 28.21%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol can not only shorten the time of embryo excretion in vitro,significantly improve the success rate of abortion,but also reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the bleeding time,and the drug safety is high.
