摘要
目的研究核心力量训练对提高飞行员抗荷能力的影响,为其抗荷能力的提升训练提供参考。方法招募8名空军军医大学男性学员为受试者。使用抗阻训练的方式进行6周的核心力量专项训练,每周训练4次,每次完成6组训练,以最大重复次数(repetition maximum,RM)计算训练完成动作次数,每组动作20~25 RM。分别测试并比较核心力量训练前后受试者做抗荷动作期间的通气水平、肌肉血氧及血压变化情况。结果与核心力量训练前相比,训练后受试者在完成抗荷动作时的摄氧量(t=4.603,P=0.003)及潮气量(t=8.003,P<0.001)显著提高,股四头肌氧合血红蛋白浓度显著提高(t=7.306,P<0.001),收缩压显著升高(t=6.097,P=0.003)。结论6周核心力量训练可以提高机体做抗荷动作时的摄氧量、潮气量、肌肉O2Hb及收缩压,对提高抗荷能力具有显著效果。
Objective To study the role of core strength training in improving the anti-load ability of pilots in order to provide reference for anti-load training among pilots.Methods Eight subjects were recruited for 6-week core strength training using special equipment resistance training.The repetition maximum(RM)was used to calculate the number of completed movements,20-25 RM per set,and to observe the changes in pulmonary ventilation levels,muscle oxygenation and blood pressure of the subjects before and after core strength training.The changes of gas metabolism,muscle blood oxygen and blood pressure during the anti-load movement were monitored before and after training.Results After core strength training,oxygen upstake and tidal volume of the subjects became significantly higher(t=4.603,P=0.003)(t=8.003,P<0.001),so was quadriceps O2Hb(t=7.306,P<0.001)and systolic blood pressure(t=6.097,P=0.003).Conclusion Core strength training can improve the body's oxygen consumption,tidal volume,muscle O2Hb and systolic blood pressure,which can help improve the anti-load ability.
