巢湖市护士养老机构多点执业意愿与养老机构护士需求调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Multi-site Practice Willingness of Nurses and Nurses Demand in Nursing Institutions in Chaohu

目的调查巢湖市护士养老机构多点执业的意愿以及养老机构对多点执业护士的需求,为探索巢湖市护士在养老机构的多点执业提供依据。方法选取来自巢湖市5所医院的308名护士和11家知名养老机构进行问卷调查。采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果巢湖市护士对多点执业内容的了解程度得分为24.88±5.25,但74.03%的护士愿意进行多点执业,71.42%的护士愿意去养老机构多点执业。巢湖市的养老机构的专业护理人员均不满足养老机构的需要,81.82%的养老机构都需要多点执业护士,其中,专科护士,尤其是伤口造口专科护士、糖尿病专科护士以及老年专科护士的需求量最多。结论巢湖市护士对多点执业的了解程度一般,但是有比较认可的态度,多数护士愿意进行养老机构的多点执业,养老机构对多点执业护士的需求也比较大,巢湖市护士养老机构的多点执业有一定的可行性。

Objective Investigate the willingness of nurses in Chaohu to practice at multiple sites and the needs of nursing institutions for multi-site practice nurses in order to provide a basis for exploring the multiple-point practice of nurses in Chaohu nursing institutions.Method 308 nurses from 5 hospitals in Chaohu were selected for a questionnaire survey,and 11 well-known nursing institutions were selected for another questionnaire survey.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Result The score of understanding of multi-site practice content was 24.88±5.25,but 74.03%of nurses in Chaohu were willing to carry out multi-site practice,and 71.42%of nurses in Chaohu were willing to go to multi-site practice in nursing institutions.Professional nursing staff in Chaohu nursing institutions do not meet the needs of nursing institutions.81.82%of nursing institutions need multi-site practicing nurses,among which specialized nurses,especially wound ostomy nurses,diabetes nurses and geriatric nurses,are in the most in demand.Conclusion Although nurses in Chaohu had a general understanding of multi-site practice,but they had a relatively recognized attitude in multi-site practice.Most nurses were willing to carry out multi-site practice in nursing institutions,and nursing institutions had a relatively large demand for multi-site practice nurses in nursing institutions.Nurses′multi-site practice in nursing institutions had a certain feasibility in Chaohu.
