乡村振兴背景下高校就业创业教育路径探究

Research on Employment and Entrepreneurship Education Path of University Graduates under the Background of Rural Revitalization

21世纪以来,中央先后发布了19个指导“三农”工作的一号文件,尤其是党的十九大以来,“三农”问题和乡村振兴作为党和政府的工作重心,得到了更为频繁的关注。实现乡村振兴,改革是必然,发展是前提,创新是手段,而人才作为创新的主体,在乡村振兴过程中起到了举足轻重的作用。本文从人才培养主阵地的高等教育机构出发,对高校开展就业创业教育,助力乡村振兴战略的重要意义、主要问题和意见建议进行了梳理和剖析。

Since the beginning of the 21st century,China has unveiled 19"No.1 central documents"to guide the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Especially since the 19th CPC National Congress,as the focus of the government's work,the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"issue and rural revitalization,have received more frequent attention.To realize rural revitalization,development is the premise,and innovation is the means.And as the main body of innovation,talent plays a pivotal role in the process of rural revitalization.Starting from the higher education institutions that are the main front of talent training,this paper summarizes and analyzes the significance,main problems,suggestions of universities in carrying out employment and entrepreneurship education to help rural revitalization strategy.
