关于老年人对传统村落旅居养老需求度调查研究——以江西省为例

Research on Tourism-based Senior Care Demand for Traditional Villages:A Case Study of Jiangxi Province

为探索在传统村落中开展旅居养老的新模式,提升传统村落旅居养老的服务质量,采取调查问卷了解江西省域内老年人对传统村落旅居养老的需求。调查问卷分析表明:老年人的养老需求日趋多元化、个性化;传统村落中自然景观、人文景观对老年人有较大的吸引力;传统村落的基础服务偏低、场景中适老化不足对老年人的决策有负面作用。基于调查结果,进而对传统村落开展“旅游+居住+养老”的旅居养老提供参考。

To explore a new mode of tourism-based senior care in traditional villages and improve its service quality,questionnairing was conducted to understand the tourism-based senior care demand of senior people in Jiangxi province for traditional villages.The results of questionnaires reveal that:the senior care demand is increasingly diversified and personalized;the natural and humanistic landscapes in traditional villages are appealing to the senior relatively strongly;also,the inadequate basic service and the lack of senior-oriented design in traditional villages have a negative effect on the senior s decision making.Based on the results,suggestions for developing“tourism+residence+senior care”in traditional villages are made for the audience s reference.
