随着教育体制的改革和发展,高校思政教师所面临的教学压力也越来越大,他们作为思想政治教育的主力军,其职业幸福感直接关系到高校思想教育工作的总质量。通过测评调查分析研究高校思政教师职业幸福感的现实状况及影响因素,以探求提升高校思政教师幸福感的策略。

With the reform and development of education system,ideological and political teachers in colleges are facing more and more pressure in teaching,ideological and political teachers as the main force of ideological and political education,their professional happiness is directly related to the quality of the general ideological and political education work in colleges.Based on the survey,this paper analyzes and studies the real situation and factors influencing the ideological and political teachers professional happiness in colleges,and puts forward solutions to improve the happiness of ideological and political teachers in colleges.
