摘要
以贵州省9所中学的105名高中英语教师为研究对象,采用问卷和访谈等方式,探究民族地区高中英语教师知识结构在个体差异变量上的异同。结果表明:教龄5年以下和教龄在6—10年以及教龄5年以下和教龄10年以上的高中英语教师在实践性知识的熟悉程度上存在显著性差异;不同学历组的高中英语教师在条件性知识的新旧程度上存在显著性差异。研究建议采取相应策略完善高中英语教师的知识结构。
Based on the findings taken from English teachers of nine senior high schools,and by means of a questionnaire and the interviews,individual difference in the knowledge structure of senior high schools English teachers in ethnic areas is investigated.The result shows the following findings:1)there is a significant difference between the senior high school English teachers who have 0-5 years teaching experience and who have 6-10 years teaching experience,and between those who have 0-5 years teaching experience and who have more than 10 years teaching experience in the aspect of practical knowledge familiarity.2)there is a significant difference between the senior high school English teachers with different academic qualifications in the aspect of conditional knowledge regeneration.
