高职农村籍大学生返乡创业困境及策略浅析

On the difficulties and strategies of rural college students in Higher Vocational Colleges returning home to start businesses

乡村振兴战略下,高职农村籍大学生返乡创业,一方面可以缓解高校毕业生就业压力,另一方面可以助力乡村发展,具有重要意义。目前农村大学生返乡创业面临政务服务支持体系不健全、创业环境不完善、学生个人能力不足、家庭思想偏见等问题,需从健全返乡创业扶持政策、营造良好的创业环境、提升个人创业能力、完善高校人才培育体系等方面加以解决。

Under the rural vitalization strategy,it is of great significance for Higher Vocational College students from rural areas to return home to start businesses,which can alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates on one hand,and help rural development on the other hand.On the basis of pointing out the problems faced by rural college students returning home to start businesses,such as the imperfect government service support system,the imperfect entrepreneurial environment,the insufficient comprehensive ability of students and family ideological bias,this paper puts forward solutions from the four aspects of the government,students themselves,families and universities.
