中医适宜技术在妊娠剧吐中的应用

中医药治疗妊娠剧吐有一定的优势,且口感不佳,患者多难以服用,不能充分的发挥其治疗作用。针对妊娠剧吐患者服药依从性差,现代医家多采取中医适宜技术联合静脉输液进行治疗,取得了良好的临床效果。中医适宜技术在妊娠剧吐的治疗中有良好的应用前景,文章对近年来中医适宜技术在妊娠剧吐中的应用进行综述,为临床医家治疗妊娠剧吐提供参考。

Appropriate TCM technology of traditional Chinese medicine refers to the TCM characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology with outstanding characteristics, accurate curative effect, simple economy, strong operability, and strong safety after long-term clinical verification, including most of the external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of pregnancy vomiting, but Chinese medicine decoction has unique aroma and poor taste. Patients with pregnancy vomiting drink more and vomit, which can not give full play to its therapeutic role.In view of the poor compliance of patients with pregnancy drama vomiting, modern doctors have adopted a variety of suitable traditional Chinese medicine techniques, which has achieved good treatment results.This paper reviews the application of appropriate TCM technology in pregnancy vomiting, and discusses its current situation and development prospects.
