文章介绍任勤教授运用四妙散治疗特应性皮炎的临床经验。任勤教授认为特应性皮炎的发生是内外因共同作用的结果,内因责之于先天禀赋不足、脏腑功能失调,外因责之于感受外邪、伤于饮食,常见证型为外邪袭表证、湿热蕴结证和脾虚湿盛证,其中湿热蕴结证最为多见,其擅用四妙散化裁,取得了较为满意的疗效,并附验案一则以供参考。

This article introduce Professor Ren Qin’s clinical experience in treating atopic dermatitis with Simiao powder. Professor Ren thinks that the occurrence of atopic dermatitis is the result of internal and external factors. The internal cause is due to the lack of innate endowment and the dysfunction of viscera. The external cause is due to the feeling of external evil and the injury to diet. The common syndromes are external evil attacking exterior syndrome, dampness heat accumulation syndrome and spleen deficiency dampness excess syndrome. Dampness heat accumulation syndrome is the most common one, A proven case is attached for reference.
