针灸治疗偏头痛的研究进展

Research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine

偏头痛是危害人们身心健康的常见疾病之一。针灸治疗偏头痛方法众多,相比西医的止痛药物,具有疗效确切、不良反应少等特点。文章从针刺(包括体针、眼针、腹针、刺络放血等)和艾灸的角度对近十年针灸治疗偏头痛的临床研究进展综述,以期为偏头痛患者的治疗提供新思路和新方法。

Migraine is one of the common diseases that endanger people's physical and mental health.There are many methods of acupuncture treatment for migraines, which have the characteristics of accurate efficacy and few adverse reactions compared with Western medicine analgesic drugs.Therefore, this article reviews the clinical research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine in the past ten years from the perspectives of acupuncture(including body needles, eye needles, abdominal needles, prickly phlebotomy, etc.) and moxibustion, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of migraine patients.
