穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病便秘疗效的Meta分析

Meta-Analysis of Function on Acupoint Application in Patients with Diabetic Constipation

目的:系统评价穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病便秘的疗效。方法:检索CNKI、SinoMed、VIP、WanFang Data、PubMed、Cochrane Library、EBSCO、Web of Science、Ovid数据库中关于穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病便秘的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials, RCT),检索日期自建库至2022年1月12日,使用Revman 5.4.1进行Meta分析。结果:纳入RCTs11篇,共843例患者。Meta分析显示,穴位贴敷能提高治疗糖尿病便秘的有效率[穴位贴敷组:RR=1.23,95%CI(1.12,1.35),P<0.001;穴位贴敷+对照组:RR=1.33,95%CI(1.07,1.65),P=0.01];缩短排便间隔时间[MD=-1.70,95%CI(-2.09,-1.30),P<0.001];改善周排便次数[MD=1.95,95%CI(1.76,2.14),P<0.001];缩短每次排便时间[MD=-3.08,95%CI(-3.74,-2.43),P<0.001]。结论:穴位贴敷能有效提高糖尿病便秘临床疗效,但尚需更高质量的RCTs进一步验证。

Objective To systematically evaluate the function of acupoint application on diabetic constipation.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCT) of acupoint application on patients with diabetic constipation were searched from CNKI,SinoMed, VIP,WanFang Data, PubMed, Cochrane Library, EBSCO,Web of Science, and Ovid databases.The retrieval time was from inception to January 12,2022.Meta-analysis was performed using Revman5.4.1.Results 11 RCTs were included, involving 843 patients.Meta-analysis showed that acupoint application improved the effective rate on treating diabetic constipation[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.12,1.35),P<0.001];shorten interval time of defecation [MD=-1.70,95%CI(-2.09,-1.30),P<0.001];improve the frequency of weekly defecation [MD=1.95,95%CI(1.76,2.14),P<0.001];Shorten the time of each defecation[MD=-3.08,95%CI(-3.74,-2.43),P<0.001].Conclusion Acupoint application can effectively improve the clinical effect of diabetes constipation, but it still needs to be further verified by higher quality RCTs.
