针灸治疗偏头痛的研究进展

Research Advances in Acupuncture for Migraine

偏头痛是一种常见的慢性原发性神经血管性疾病,临床发病率高,症状复杂,严重影响患者的生活质量。文章回顾近年来针灸治疗偏头痛的实验与临床报导,与西药治疗相比,针灸在偏头痛的治疗上,尤其是对于疼痛的发作期或缓解期均表现出显著的治疗效果,且不良反应少。目前不同针刺方法的广泛应用为临床治疗提供了更多的思路。

Migraine is a common chronic primary neurovascular disease with high clinical incidence and complex symptoms,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This paper reviews the experiments and clinical reports of acupuncture treatment of migraine in recent years,compared with Western medicine treatment,acupuncture has shown significant effects in the treatment of migraines,especially for the onset or remission of pain,with high safety and non-toxic side effects,and the wide application of different acupuncture methods provides more treatment ideas for clinical treatment.
