周围性面瘫是针灸科常见病,文章总结了陈幸生主任治疗面瘫的临证经验,其认为透刺法通过一穴透刺另一穴或两穴相对透刺,扩大面神经刺激范围,修复和再生周围面神经的损伤、变性;灸法的温热刺激效应,可改善面部血液循环、促进炎症吸收、加速神经修复,同时可益气升阳,温通经脉,畅达全身之气血,激发人体正气,祛邪外出,临床治愈率高。

Peripheral facial paralysis is a common disease in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion. This article summarizes the clinical experience of Director CHEN Xingsheng in the treatment of facial paralysis.
