The Originality of Dance Works from the Perspective of Interdisciplinary

舞蹈作品的独创性属于舞蹈著作权研究的基础理论范畴,一方面可以为舞蹈作品著作权保护提供理论支撑;另一方面,有助于营造尊重原创的行业氛围。文章通过从舞蹈学与法学交叉研究的角度梳理舞蹈作品独创性研究现状,尝试性地分析舞蹈作品独创性的构成要素,从舞蹈创意与构思的呈现、舞蹈本体、舞蹈音乐和舞美服装等方面进行独创性的探讨。

The research on the originality of dance works is a basic theoretical research category of dance copyright. On the one hand, it can provide theoretical support for the copyright protection of dance works. On the other hand, it helps to create an industry atmosphere that advocates originality. By summarizing the research status of the originality of dance works from an interdisciplinary study of dance and law, this paper tries to analyze the composition elements of the originality of dance works and discusses the originality in terms of the presentation of dance creativity and conception, dance ontology, dance music, costume, etc.
