摘要
作为可干预的饮食因素,甜味剂与心血管事件的相关性逐渐引起关注,其中包括添加糖和非营养性甜味剂。越来越多的研究显示添加糖的主要成分之一——果糖与肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、代谢综合征等心血管疾病传统危险因素相关,在机制上通过血脂代谢、炎症反应、血管内皮功能、肠道屏障等途径促进动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展。而非营养性甜味剂如阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、甜菊糖苷等对动脉粥样硬化的影响和机制尚未明确。本文对甜味剂与动脉粥样硬化相关性的研究进展进行总结。
The association between sweeteners and cardiovascular events,including added sugars and non-nutritive sweeteners,has drawn increasing attention as interventional dietary factors.More and more studies have shown that fructose,one of the main components of added sugars,is associated with obesity,hypertension,diabetes,metabolic syndrome,and other traditional risk factors of cardiovascular diseases,and promotes the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis through the mechanism of lipid metabolism,inflammatory response,vascular endothelial function,intestinal barrier,and other pathways.However,the effect and mechanism of non-nutritive sweeteners such as aspartame,sucralose,and stevioside on atherosclerosis have not been clarified.This review summarizes the research progress on the correlation between sweeteners and atherosclerosis.
