摘要
近年来随着科技的发展,石墨烯薄膜、石墨烯基复合涂料、六方氮化硼(h-BN)、二硫化钼(MOS2)等二维纳米材料引起了科研人员的关注,尤其是h-BN因具有优异的物理、化学特性而得到广泛应用。介绍了h-BN的基本结构、制备方法、功能化改性以及应用领域,对比了各种制备方法的优缺点,并指出了目前h-BN研究中需要解决的问题。
In recent years,with the development of science and technology,graphene films,graphene-based composite coatings,hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN),molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)and other two-dimensional nanomaterials have attracted the attention of researchers,especially h-BN has been widely used because of its excellent physical and chemical properties.The basic structure,preparation method,functionalization modification and application field of h-BN were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods were compared,and the problems needed to be solved in the research of h-BN were pointed out.
