摘要
以单一脂肪酸、脂肪酸/石蜡混合相变材料和脂肪酸/石蜡/石墨复合相变材料为腐蚀介质,研究了相变材料对不锈钢的腐蚀性能。研究结果显示,脂肪酸、石蜡类相变材料及添加石墨后的复合相变材料对不锈钢的腐蚀性均很小,其中硬脂酸系列的相变材料腐蚀性最小,可作为不锈钢制相变储热换热装置的理想储能介质。
The corrosivities of fatty acids, fatty acid/paraffin and fatty acid/paraffin/graphite composite phase change materials(PCMs) toward stainless steels were investigated.The results showed that stainless steels only suffered slight corrosions in the mediums of fatty acids, paraffin PCMs and graphite composite PCMs.Among of them, the corrosivity of stearic acid PCMs toward stainless steel was the least, which was expected to be an ideal energy storage medium for regenerative phase change heat exchangers made of stainless steel.
