纤维素水溶性石墨烯型PVA凝胶聚合物电解质对锌空气电池性能的影响

摘要 通过Hummers法先制备了氧化石墨烯,再进一步制备水溶性石墨烯(WSG),然后以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和水溶性石墨烯(WSG)为原料,采用水热法,辅以溶解铸膜法制备了PVA基纤维素水溶性石墨烯型凝胶聚合物电解质,并对以上有关产物进行表征和测试。结果表明,所制备的电解质具有高的离子电导率(39.9mS/cm),组装成柔性锌空气电池有优良的放电容量(18.342mAh),可以连续充放电32.05h,共97个循环,循环效率为66.9%,功率密度为22.55mW/cm^(2)。 Graphene oxide(GO) was prepared by Hummers method, and water-soluble graphene(WSG) was further prepared.Then, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) and WSG were used as raw materials to obtain composite polyvinyl alcohol-based cellulose water-soluble graphene-type gel polymer electrolyte by hydrothermal method and solution-casting method.Subsequently, the related products were characterized and tested.The results showed that cellulose-soluble graphene-type PVA gel polymer electrolyte prepared had a high ionic conductivity of 39.9 ms/cm.The flexible zinc-air battery assembled had an excellent discharge capacity of 18.342 mAh and was able to be continuously charged and discharged for 32.05 h that was a total of 97 cycles;moreover, the cycle efficiency and the power density were 66.9% and 22.55 mW/cm^(2),respectively.
