Comparison of fresh leaves plucked by three reciprocating cutting tea plucking machines

本文比较了三种五款往复切割式茶机的采摘效果。结果显示,机摘的人均每小时产量比手工采摘高出106~351倍;鲜叶采摘质量以匀速、直线行进和刀片幅度较小的机型为好;江诚系采茶机有着特殊的挡叶栅条构造,机采鲜叶质量明显好于其他机型,综合采摘质量和采摘效率比较,JCD-300是一款优选机型。

Fresh leaves plucked by three kinds of reciprocating cutting tea plucking machines, out of five machines in total, were compared. The results show that per capita output per hour of machinery plucking is 106-351 times higher than hand-plucking, among which quality of leaves picked by plucking machine with uniform speed, straight line forward and smaller reciprocating amplitude of blade was the best. The quality of fresh leaves picked by Jiangcheng serial tea plucking machines is obviously better than other models tested because they had a special grid structure, among which the JCD-300 was considered to be a preferred model based on the leaf quality and work efficiency.
