摘要
石笕茶为浙江诸暨历史名茶,自1980年恢复生产以来,制作手法主要以手工为主,2022年诸暨市强势推出“西施石笕”茶叶区域公用品牌。本文介绍了西施石笕茶的加工工艺、分级及其品质特征。
Xishi Shijiancha is a historical famous tea in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province. Since its production was resumed in 1980, it has been hand-making. The regional public brand of “Xishi Shijiancha” was launched in 2022. In this paper, the specific processing technique, classification and quality characteristics of Xishi Shijiancha were summarized, which will be helpful for guiding the production and promotion of Xishi Shijiancha.
