摘要
以陕蒙深部煤矿为例,采用数值计算和理论分析等方法,研究了预掘回撤通道适用合理采深及其让压位置确定等问题。结果表明,随着采深的增大,支承压力峰值和剩余煤柱失稳宽度逐渐增大,基于煤柱失稳原则提出了预掘回撤通道适用合理采深方法,并确定了不同采深下末采阶段工作面停采让压的宽度。将本研究成果应用于陕蒙深部煤矿,保证了工作面的安全回采,为陕蒙深部煤矿快速回撤提供理论依据。
Taking Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia deep coal mine as an example, in order to study the pre-excavation retracement channel that is suitable for critical mining depth and then determine the position of stopping mining pressure, the UDEC numerical calculation method was used. The results show that with the increase of mining depth, the peak abutment pressure and the instability width of coal pillar increase gradually. Based on the principle of coal pillar instability, a method of pre-excavation retracement channel that is suitable for critical mining depth is proposed. The width of stopping mining pressure at the end mining stage under different mining depths is determined. Applied to Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia deep coal mine, the above results can provide a safety to the working face retracement as well as a theoretical basis for quick retracement of deep fully mechanized mining face.
