槟榔种苗和采摘工具的植原体检测 被引量:1

摘要 为明确槟榔黄化病传播途径,采用荧光定量PCR技术对槟榔种果、种苗及采摘工具表面进行了植原体检测。结果显示,槟榔种果出苗后,从根、假茎及叶片中均检测出植原体阳性;3个12月龄苗圃中检测出植原体阳性幼苗;使用采摘工具对槟榔黄化病株进行采果后,从金属表面残留的汁液中检测出植原体阳性。上述结果表明,槟榔黄化病植原体可随种果传播,且在植株体内呈系统性分布,带毒种苗调运会增加槟榔黄化病的传播风险;未对采摘工具进行消毒,可能增加槟榔黄化病的传播风险。 In order to clarify the route of transmission of areca palm yellow leaf disease(AYLD) caused by phytoplasma,areca seeds, seedlings and picking tools were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR technology. The results showed that phytoplasma was detected in roots, pseudostems and leaves of areca budding seedlings;12 month seedlings were verifed carrying phytoplasma in 3 nurseries;The sap remaining on the metal surface of picking tool was confirmed containing phytoplasma. The results indicated that the areca palm yellow leaf disease could spread with seedlings and its was systemic distributed in plants.Poisonous seedlings will increase the risk of AYLD transmission and spreading, tools should be disinfected before picking the next areca leaves or nuts, in case it was transmitted from one to another.
