外科创新的教学实践及“创新-循证”复合思维的构建 被引量:1

摘要 随着科技进步及医学模式的变革,外科创新教育应如何与时俱进逐渐成为教学工作中的焦点问题。笔者所在教学团队将创新教育融入外科教学工作,主动引导学生认识外科学“自然性”“社会性”的双重特征,了解外科创新的多重层次,把握新医科背景下外科创新的新内涵。结合院校教育的特点,将创新能力和家国情怀的培养作为核心教学导向。借助循证医学在教学中的优势,创造性地将“创新-循证”复合思维引入外科教学,系统阐释了“创新”“循证”辩证统一的内在联系,并举例说明了该复合思维的教学方法,详述了序贯、分阶段创新能力培养的实施路径,强调了复合思维日常化训练的重要性。通过在外科教学中融入创新教育、培养“创新-循证”复合思维,有望进一步激发外科教学活力,唤起医学生探索求知的兴趣,并促进其创造力的可持续发展。 With the progress of science and technology and the reform of medical model, how to keep pace with the times in surgical innovation education has gradually become the focus of teaching work. The teaching team of the author integrates innovative education into surgical teaching,actively guides students to understand the dual characteristics of "naturalness" and "sociality" of surgery, understand the multiple levels of surgical innovation, and grasp the new connotation of surgical innovation under the new medical background. In combination with the characteristics of college education, the cultivation of innovation ability and family and country feelings is taken as the core teaching orientation. With the advantage of evidence-based medicine in teaching, the teaching and research team of the author creatively introduced the "innovation evidence based" composite thinking into surgical teaching, systematically explained the internal relationship between the dialectical unity of "innovation" and "evidence based", illustrated the teaching method of the composite thinking with examples,detailed the implementation path of sequential and phased innovation ability training, and emphasized the importance of daily training of composite thinking. It is expected to further stimulate the vitality of surgical teaching, arouse the interest of medical students in exploring knowledge,and promote the sustainable development of their creativity by integrating innovative education into surgical teaching and cultivating the "innovation evidence based" composite thinking.
