“课程思政”视阈下内科学的教学改革初探

A Preliminary Study on the Teaching Reform of Internal Medicine from the Perspective of "Political Courses"

医学不仅要求医生具备精湛的专业技能,而且要求其具备良好的职业素养和高尚的道德情操。如何更好地将思想政治教育融入到医学专业课程中,使思政课程与专业课程同步,培养出具有正确人生观、价值观的德才兼备型医学人才,是近年来高等医学院校院教学改革的重点方向之一。内科学是临床医学各科的基础学科,所阐述的内容在临床医学的理论和实践中具有普遍意义,对医学科学发展有着重要的影响。文章根据近年来思政教育及课程改革在医学院校中普遍存在的一些问题,结合内科学课程的自身特点,阐述了内科学教学中开展“课程思政”的必要性及存在的问题,并对内科学课程的“课程思政”建设进行了初步的探索、详细阐述了其基本实践路径。

Medicine not only requires doctors to have excellent professional skills, but also requires them to have good professionalism and noble moral. It needs to consider how to better integrate political education into medical professional courses, combine political courses with professional courses synchronously, and cultivate medical talents with correct outlook on life and values. This is one of the important teaching reforms for medical colleges and universities in recent years. Internal medicine is the basic discipline of clinical medicine. The expounded content has universal significance in the theory and practice of clinical medicine and has an important influence on the development of medical science. Based on some common problems in political education and curriculum reform in medical schools in recent years, the characteristics of internal medicine courses is combined to explain the necessity and existing problems of the political courses. The preliminary exploration of political courses construction of internal medicine courses is carried out. And the basic practical path is elaborated in detail.
