The Application of Ideological and Political Guidance Combined With CBL Teaching Method in the Teaching of Medical Ethics

医学伦理学课程思政是把医学伦理学课程与思想道德教育内容结合起来,二者统一于思想政治教育工作实践,其根本任务是立德,核心要求是树人。医学伦理学课程思政教学改革遵循医学人文教育的特点,探索医学生道德教育的新模式,其内容主要包括医学生的职业道德理想教育、敬畏生命观教育、贡献和谐社会实践教育。从教学目标、教学内容和教学方法三个方面探索医学伦理学课程思政的设计,达到立德树人的目标。以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)作为一种新型的教学形式,实现了对传统教学法的革新。有其优势,但在实践中也会遇到挑战。文章首先分析了运用CBL教学法进行医学伦理学思政教学的可行性和必要性;其次从基本模式设计、学习资源设计和教学过程设计三个方面,介绍了构建医学伦理学课程思政CBL教学的模式。最后对CBL教学法在医学伦理学课程思政教学中的应用及其效果进行了探讨。

Medical ethics course ideological and political education is to combine the medical ethics course with the content of ideological and moral education.The two are unified in the practice of ideological and political education.Its basic task is to establish morality,and the core requirement is to cultivate people.The reform of ideological and political education in medical ethics follows the characteristics of medical humanistic education,and explores a new mode of moral education for medical students.Its contents mainly include the education of professional ethics ideal for medical students,the education of reverence for life,and the education of contributing to the practice of a harmonious society.This paper explores the design of medical ethics from three aspects:teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods,so as to achieve the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people.As a new teaching form,case based learning(CBL)realizes the innovation of traditional teaching methods.It has its advantages,but it will also encounter challenges in practice.The article first analyzes the feasibility and necessity of applying CBL teaching method to the ideological and political teaching of medical ethics;Secondly,from the three aspects of basic mode design,learning resource design and teaching process design,the paper introduces the construction of CBL teaching mode of medical ethics curriculum;Finally,the application and effect of CBL teaching method in the ideological and political teaching of medical ethics were discussed.
