手机视频反馈结合情景模拟教学法在心血管内科实习护生中的实践 被引量:1

Practice of Mobile Phone Video Feedback Combined With Situational Simulation Teaching Method for Nursing Students in Cardiovascular Medicine Department

摘要 目的将手机视频反馈结合情景模拟教学法应用于心血管内科实习护生的临床带教中,探讨心血管内科护理带教的新方法。方法选取莆田市某三甲医院心血管内科2021年2月—2021年12月实习护生112名作为研究对象,将其采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用情景模拟示范、手机视频反馈教学法,对照组采用传统的理论授课、操作示范、边教边问的教学法。该科实习结束时,比较2组护生出科理论、操作技能考核成绩、自主学习能力、教学满意度。结果观察组专科理论成绩、操作技能考核成绩、自主学习能力、教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统的临床带教比较,手机视频反馈结合情景模拟教学法更有效地提高实习护生的出科理论与技能考核成绩、自主学习能力,从而提高了临床教学质量及满意度。 Objective The method of mobile phone video feedback combined with situational simulation teaching was applied to clinical teaching of cardiovascular medical students,and a new method of teaching was explored.Methods A total of 112 nursing students,who were 2021in the Department of cardiovascular internal medicine from February to December in a third-grade hospital in Putian,were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by using the method of random 2021 table.The observation group adopted the situation simulation demonstration,mobile phone video feedback teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional theory teaching,operation demonstration,teaching while asking teaching method.At the end of the internship,the theory of delivery,performance of operation skill,ability of self-regulated learning and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores,operational skills examination scores,autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional clinical teaching,the mobile phone video feedback combined with scenario simulation teaching method is more effective in improving the ability of self-learning and the assessment of the theory and skills of nursing students,thus improve the quality of clinical teaching and satisfaction.
