电影渲染技术提升影像专业实习生学习能力的研究

摘要 目的利用电影渲染(cinematic rendering,CR)技术作为教学道具以提升医学影像专业实习生的影像学习和图像后处理能力。方法将CR技术与传统容积再现(volume rendering,VR)技术进行多参数对比。随机抽取2020年6月—2021年6月在云南省肿瘤医院放射科实习的昆明医科大学及海源学院影像学专业本科生30名进行试验,让每一名同学分别抽取一个血管和一个骨相关病例,然后对原始图像进行CR、VR后处理,并对病例进行诊断,最后再完成本研究设计的问卷调查。结果30名学生均认为CR图像比VR图像立体感更强、CR后处理的时间较VR长、对软组织层次结构的显示更清晰。26名学生认为CR和VR相比可以更清楚、直观地显示血管、骨骼等解剖结构、对解剖结构的学习更有帮助。27名学生认为CR图像对骨折的细节显示地更好;29名学生认为CR的后处理程度较VR复杂。22名学生认为CR与VR在肋骨病变的定位中无区别,各参数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CR技术有助于提高影像专业实习生的影像学习和图像后处理能力。 Objective Using Cinematic Rendering(CR) technology as a teaching tool to improve the image learning and post-processing ability of medical imaging trainees.Methods Compare CR technology with traditional volume rendering(VR)technology in multiple parameters.Randomly select 30 undergraduate students majoring in imaging from Kunming Medical University and Haiyuan University who practiced in the radiology department of Yunnan Cancer Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 for the experiment.Let each student respectively select a blood vessel and a bone related case,then conduct CR and VR post-processing on the original image,and diagnose the case.Finally,complete the questionnaire designed in this study.Results All the 30 students believed that CR images had a stronger stereoscopic sense than VR images,the CR postprocessing time was longer than VR images,and the display of soft tissue hierarchy was clearer.26 students thought that CR could display blood vessels,bones and other anatomical structures more clearly and intuitively,and was more helpful to the study of anatomical structures than VR.27 students thought that CR images showed fracture details better;29students thought that the post-processing of CR was more complicated than VR.22 students thought that CR and VR had no difference in the localization of rib lesions,and the difference of each parameter was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CR technology is helpful to improve the image learning and image post-processing ability of image professional interns.
