医学生临床实习满意度调查及对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasures of Medical Students’Satisfaction With Clinical Practice

目的调查医学生临床实习的满意度,找出存在的问题,提出改善教学质量的措施。方法2020年6月—2021年5月调查临床实习的医学生共552名,内容包括临床实习过程的管理、师资、教学条件、教学形式、入科教育、实习考核、实习效果、实习影响因素及建议等方面。通过专业软件对调查数据进行统计分析。结果回收到有效调查问卷共518份。结果显示,实习生对考勤管理、岗前培训、带教老师责任、操作机会、病患资源、人文教育、考核方式、入科教育等方面的满意度较低,认为操作机会、考研冲突、住培竞争、患者配合和就业压力等方面对实习效果影响较大,希望通过增加实践操作机会、强化老师带教责任、改善教学条件和改进教学方式等措施提高实习效果。结论通过对医学生实习过程各个方面的满意度的调查,发现了医学生实习过程中存在的问题,有效解决这些问题可以采取的措施包括完善实习生管理监督制度、改善教学条件和教学方式、加强师资培养等。

Objective To investigate the satisfaction of medical students with clinical practice,find out the existing problems,and put forward measures to improve teaching quality.Methods From June 2020 to May 2021,a total of 552 medical students were investigated in clinical practice,including the management of clinical practice process,teachers,teaching conditions,teaching forms,entrance education,practice assessment,practice effect,factors affecting practice and suggestions.Statistical analysis of the survey data was conducted through professional software.Results 518 valid questionnaires were collected.The results show that interns have low satisfaction with attendance management,pre job training,teacher responsibility,operation opportunities,patient resources,humanistic education,assessment methods,enrollment education,etc.They think that operation opportunities,postgraduate entrance examination,training competition,patient cooperation and employment pressure have a great impact on the practice effect.They hope to increase practical operation opportunities,strengthen teachers’teaching responsibility,improve teaching conditions and teaching methods to improve the effect of practice.Conclusion Through the investigation on the satisfaction of medical students in all aspects of the practice process,the problems existing in the practice process of medical students are found.The scientific research measures to effectively solve these problems include perfecting the intern management and supervision system,improving teaching conditions and teaching methods,strengthening teacher training and so on.
