药学服务理念下药学专业毕业实习质量保障的研究

Research on Quality Assurance of Graduation Practice of Pharmacy Major Under the Concept of Pharmaceutical Care

结合《内蒙古医科大学新一轮本科专业人才培养方案修订工作方案》的通知文件中的要求,按照“优化结构、强化实践、增强创新、注重质量”的人才培养思路,积极探索推进药学服务理念下的药学专业实践教学改革,构建药学专业毕业生在医院开展毕业实习的质量保障。通过研究医院接收的药学专业学生毕业实习现状发现问题,进而提出优化课程内容、制定岗前培训与动员、规范实习指导、实习就业一体化、双监督管理制度、满意度反馈、考核等规章制度,加强药学专业实习生的思想政治教育并提高其与患者的沟通能力等一系列切实可行的措施来提高药学毕业生实习质量和药学服务能力,为培养优秀的医院药学人才奠定基础。

In combination with the requirements of the notice document of the revised work plan for the new round of undergraduate professional talent training plan of Inner Mongolia Medical University,and in accordance with the talent training idea of"optimizing structure,strengthening practice,enhancing innovation and paying attention to quality",actively explore and promote the practical teaching reform of pharmacy under the concept of pharmaceutical care,Construct the quality assurance system for pharmaceutical graduates to carry out graduation practice in hospital.By studying the current situation of graduation practice of pharmaceutical students accepted by the hospital,we found problems,and then put forward rules and regulations such as optimizing course content,formulating pre job training and mobilization,standardizing practice guidance,integration of practice and employment,double supervision and management system,satisfaction feedback and assessment,Strengthen the ideological and political education of pharmaceutical interns and improve their communication ability with patients to improve the practice quality and pharmaceutical care ability of pharmaceutical graduates,so as to lay a foundation for cultivating excellent hospital pharmaceutical talents.
